Welcome to Legacy Farm Management.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our services related to farm management, agricultural
consulting, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Legacy Farm Management offers professional services including but not limited to:
Farm operations oversight
Crop and livestock management
Agricultural financial consulting
Land use planning
Staff training and support
Equipment procurement coordination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
Grant access to farm premises where required.
Comply with applicable agricultural, environmental, and safety laws.
Failure to do so may result in service delays, additional charges, or termination of services.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within [15/30] days of issuance.
Late payments may incur a fee per month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
Custom project pricing will be outlined in individual agreements or contracts.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least [7] days in advance.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Prepaid services canceled prior to initiation may be refunded at Legacy Farm Management's
discretion, minus any incurred administrative costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
Legacy Farm Management is not liable for:
Any loss of profits or crops due to uncontrollable events such as weather, pests, or disease.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered in the last 90 days.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, operational, or personal information exchanged during the engagement.
This obligation remains in effect during and after the termination of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, plans, and materials created by Legacy Farm Management remain the intellectual property of the company unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if:
The client breaches any part of these terms.
Continued service is deemed non-viable or unsafe.
Clients may also terminate services with written notice and subject to the cancellation policy.
9. Force Majeure
Legacy Farm Management shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but
not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor shortages, or equipment failure.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Iowa.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
